🧘‍♀️ How I Use This Movement Planner

I designed this planner with the word “menu” for a reason — because it’s exactly that. A movement menu you can pick and choose from based on your energy, time, and mood. Some days, all I can manage is a gentle stretch — and that counts. Other days, I’m feeling strong and I’ll pick 3 to 6 items from the movement menu to challenge myself (and sometimes even rope my kids in for a mini workout party).
It’s flexible on purpose — because movement for moms should be about feeling good in your body, not checking boxes or chasing perfection.
